I offer one pro-bono coaching seat at a time — for an individual or a team, whichever is the best fit.

Katrin is the founder of Bliss Coaching and an executive and team coach with more than 20 years of experience as a senior leader, CFO, CEO and Country Manager. She works with leaders and teams in Bulgaria and internationally.
How it works
- Applications are open on a rolling basis — anytime.
- Three months before my current engagement comes to a close, I review everything I’ve received and choose who’s next.
- I’ll announce my decision directly to everyone who applied.
What I look for
- You want this, and the budget isn’t there yet
- You’re doing work — or working toward it — that genuinely contributes to the people and world around it
- Real readiness — openness, and a willingness to do the work, not just curiosity
- Full commitment to the engagement, exactly as I’d expect from anyone I work with
