Individual Coaching
For senior leaders, executives, managers, founders — and anyone ready to unlock their potential.
Leaders and founders often come to coaching when they are:
- Stepping into a larger or more complex role
- Leading through change, uncertainty or organizational growth
- Facing an important decision without a neutral place to think
- Managing difficult relationships, conflict or competing expectations
- Developing their leadership presence and communication
- Building or reshaping a senior team
- Feeling uncertain about what should come next
- Looking for a more sustainable and intentional way to lead
You do not need to arrive with a perfectly defined objective. Our first conversations can help clarify what is asking for your attention and what meaningful progress would look like.
How individual coaching works
We begin with a discovery conversation to understand your context, what you want to explore and whether working together feels right.
If we decide to continue, we agree on the focus, rhythm and practical arrangements. Coaching usually takes place through confidential one-to-one sessions, with space between sessions to reflect, experiment and apply what emerges in your real work.
The duration depends on the situation and your goals. Some clients need a focused series of sessions around a particular transition or decision; others choose a longer engagement to support sustained leadership development.
We start with a conversation — to understand where you are, and what sense of “more” is calling you, even before it’s fully clear what that means. From there, we agree a rhythm that fits you: regular sessions, space to think through what’s live for you, and a partner as you find your own answers.
Our conversations are confidential. At the beginning of the engagement, we agree clearly on its purpose, boundaries and practical arrangements. Where an organization sponsors the coaching, we also agree what—if anything—is shared with the sponsor.
Individual coaching engagements typically last three or six months. We usually meet once a week for a confidential 60-minute session, creating a consistent rhythm for reflection, experimentation and applying what emerges in your day-to-day work. Where your circumstances call for something different, we can agree a rhythm that better supports you.
Sessions are available in person in Sofia or online for clients in Bulgaria and internationally. Coaching is available in English, Bulgarian and Italian.
What can be supported by coaching
The outcomes are individual, but the work may help you:
- Think more clearly and make decisions with greater confidence
- Understand the patterns influencing how you lead
- Navigate complexity without losing sight of what matters
- Communicate more directly and constructively
- Strengthen relationships and handle conflict more effectively
- Lead your team with greater clarity and trust
- Move through a transition with intention
- Define success in a way that is both meaningful and sustainable
The first call
The discovery call is a confidential, no-obligation conversation. We will discuss what is happening, what you hope might change and how coaching could support you.
You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and decide whether I am the right coach for you.
Coaching works best when you are willing to reflect honestly, experiment and take responsibility for your choices. If you are looking primarily for prescriptive consulting another form of support may be more appropriate.
From frustration to clarity on what you can change.
I know what it’s like to sense you’re capable of more — without yet knowing what that means, or what to do about it. Drawing on my own 20+ years as a CFO and CEO, I hold the room where you create your future.
Thinking it through alone has a ceiling. You can talk something out for hours and still need someone else to help it land. That’s not a failure of reflection — it’s just what reflection alone can’t do. I have no stake in your answer, which is exactly what lets you find it.
What changes, when we work together
You gain clarity on what matters, and the confidence to act on it. Decisions that honour who you are and where you want to be. The chance to think freely, and to be met as you actually are.
How you lead shapes more than what you do. It reaches everyone around you — and, in time, everyone your work touches.
If this is what you need but the budget isn’t there yet, I offer one pro-bono seat at a time.
